There is a one bedroom in my home for rent available now . Location is on Victoria Street , 2 houses North past South Bartlet Street . The house is shared with one student and myself / landlord . The room is bright , has two windows , bamboo floor , twin bed , desk and chair , Small closet and a ceiling fan . all amenities are included , Internet , washer & dryer , Eat in kitchen , Two bathrooms . Looking for a serious male student . Prefer long term but will consider short term .
